Here are answers to some common questions

How far in advance should I book?

For workshops, we recommend at least 2 weeks notice. Private chef experiences and catering events typically require 3-4 weeks, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We work with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-specific requirements regularly. Just let us know your needs when booking.

Where do workshops take place?

Most workshops happen at our London studio, but we also offer in-home sessions for an additional fee. Catering and private chef services are always at your location.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 7 days before receive a full refund. Within 7 days, we offer credit toward a future booking. Day-of cancellations are non-refundable except in emergencies.

Our culinary studio is located in the heart of Borough, just a short walk from Borough Market. It's a welcoming space designed for learning, with professional-grade equipment and plenty of room to work.

If you're coming for a workshop, arrive about 10 minutes early. We'll have everything set up and ready for you. Aprons provided, though feel free to bring your own if you have a favourite.
