In 2018, what began as informal cooking lessons for friends grew into something unexpected. People kept asking for more—more techniques, more recipes, more of those moments when a dish finally comes together and everything clicks.
We realised there was a genuine hunger for culinary education that didn't feel intimidating or inaccessible. Not everyone wants to train at a professional academy. Most people simply want to cook better meals for themselves and the people they love.
That insight shaped everything we've built since. Today, we work with individuals, families, and corporate clients across the UK, always keeping that original spirit alive: approachable, personal, and genuinely passionate about good food.
